01 Introduction

Welcome to amg4d. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and amg4d ("we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the amg4d website located at https://amg4d.cam and all related services, applications, games and features offered therein.

amg4d operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. We provide 4D lottery, live casino, slots, sports betting and esports wagering services with full Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) support, local payment method integration and English-language customer service available 24 hours a day.

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by amg4d or any other gaming operator.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

amg4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

04 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process and provide a valid email address, chosen username and password. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth and a valid Malaysian government-issued identification document (MyKad, Passport or equivalent) for KYC verification purposes.

4.2 KYC Verification

Full KYC verification is required before withdrawals may be processed. amg4d may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, proof of payment method ownership and source of funds declarations in compliance with our AML obligations.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notify amg4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

amg4d supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC20/ERC20).

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 for most payment methods; RM 100 for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation by the payment processor.
• amg4d does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name are prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 for all methods.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and matching your KYC documentation.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes.
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes.
• amg4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal. This may extend processing times on a case-by-case basis.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

amg4d offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, VIP rewards and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement multiplier varies by bonus type — refer to the specific promotion terms for the applicable figure (ranging from 10x to 35x as applicable).
• amg4d reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses claimed in breach of these terms, including through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity, will be forfeited and associated winnings voided.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

amg4d employs automated systems to detect irregular patterns of play that may indicate bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, low-risk staking strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements, matched betting conducted across accounts and collusion between members for the purpose of clearing bonuses. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.

07 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the amg4d platform — including 4D lottery draws, live casino tables, slot games, sports markets and esports wagering — are subject to the specific game rules published within each product area. The following general conditions apply to all wagering activity:

• All bets are final once accepted and confirmed by the Platform. amg4d will not honour requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds or game configuration, amg4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed prior to a suspension will stand unless otherwise specified in the relevant market rules.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned, amg4d will apply the rules specified in the relevant sports betting section of the Platform.
• Game outcomes on digital games are determined exclusively by certified RNG software. amg4d does not influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result or wager settlement, amg4d's records shall be treated as conclusive evidence of the transaction unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the amg4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending balance and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one Account per person, household or IP address.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing the Platform as a person under the age of 21, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds of crime or any other illegal financial activity.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, exploit software or any automated system to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unwarranted payment chargebacks or reversals against legitimate transactions.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing anomalies for financial gain.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the amg4d Platform — including but not limited to the amg4d brand name and logo, website design, source code, graphics, text, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of amg4d or its licensed content providers.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of amg4d.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, amg4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, connectivity issues or delays in processing transactions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional materials.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

amg4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gambling

amg4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a range of self-management tools to help Members maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all Members at no charge and can be activated through your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform.

12 Termination of Account

12.1 Termination by amg4d

amg4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably believes that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, is under the minimum age, or where continued operation of the Account may pose a legal or regulatory risk to amg4d.

12.2 Termination by Member

Members may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet converted in accordance with wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for any reason, the Member's access to the Platform will be revoked immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Prohibited Activities and Governing Law — shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Amendments to These Terms

amg4d reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notification on the Platform or by email to the registered address on file. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which amg4d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as determined by amg4d.

For Malaysian players, we note that online gambling is not regulated under Malaysian domestic law. Players access and use the Platform on the basis that amg4d's international licence and dispute resolution processes govern the relationship between the parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
